Ordered an HTC One phone. Couldn't sit on my couch and talk to anyone. phone wouldn't hold charge for more than 2 hours even when turned off. sent phone back and cancelled service. Altogether, spent over 11 hours on the phone with various reps and now CANNOT even keep my phone number! will NEVER recommend VM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: VM frustration!
It might be too late now, but you should always port out your number before you return or deactivate a phone. The phone must be activated in order to port out a number.
I believe it is the same for landline phones also.
Have you tried sending them an email to see if their support is better via email instead of on the phone?

Re: VM frustration!
If you're referring to Virgin Mobile USA, the call coverage is fine, and their coverage is good in heavily populated areas, but isn't the best in rural areas. Keep in mind Virgin Mobile USA doesn't roam on any other networks, so if you're not in a Sprint coverage area, you won't get service.
