There's some bad news coming to Vodafone customers way and that is that Vodafone has decided to start charging their customers who go over the 500MB a month data limit. This will all take effect on June 1 and there are already many customers who are voicing their concerns and frustrations on Vodafone forums. So...If you are a Vodafone customer and you just happen to have the HTC Desire, be ready to pay a penalty when you go over your 500MB data limit.

For any customers going over their 500MB limit, they will first be warned and then charged for the extra data which will include £5 for every 500MB after the first 500MB.
The reason Vodafone is putting this new data charge plan together is to “make it fairer for everyone”.
