I accidentally blew away my Outlook database on my laptop and was wondering if there is any way to pull data from my phone. My main concern is for my contacts, tasks, and calendar. Since I was laid off, I am only syncing the phone to Outlook by the cord in Activesync 4.5. When I tried to sync, it threw up a message (0x8503001F) about not finding my profile. Is there any way to change the profile it is looking for so I can sync to my new .pst? I considered trying to do a Delete Mobile Device in Activesync, but it throws up a message saying that it will "remove all the E-mail, Calendar, Contact and Tasks information on your Pocket PC that is synchronized only with this computer the next time the device is connected." Any advise on what I should do?

In Activesync on your phone, goto Options and choose if there is a conflict: Keep the item on my device. this SHOULD work, but I'm not 100% positive
