xenon e-mail question

I think I am phone challenged. Can anyone tell me where I can get detailed instructions on how to use some of the xenon features? This question is: When I go to my mobile e-mail how come I can't view any pictures in any of the e-mails? All I can see is text? Do I need to change a setting? I have tried everything I can think of and the instruction book does not address this. If I go to,say, ebay I can see the picture of the item but in e-mail I can never see any pictures of anything. Can anyone help? Also is there anywhere to get any free games to play on the phone? Thanks for your help

I believe the Xenon runs WM 6.1
Try doing this
Go into the Messaging Center (where you can read your e-mails, just don't open an e-mail). Then click on Menu / Tools / Options
Go down to Account Settings, then Download Size Settings.
In there, you should be able to select the e-mail type (HTML or Plain Text) and the size download limitation (default is 2KB, which isn't much).
Then just keep hitting Done until you are back to the e-mail, send/receive and you should be good.
