I've been buying up old TDMA phones from recyclers and others, in
order to salvage various parts - mostly LCDs and vibrate motors - for
my hobbyist applications. See for instance <http://www.larwe.com/
technical/2260lcd.html>

However, my sources are starting to dry up.

I'm particularly interested in the color TDMA phones that came on the
market, e.g. Nokia 3520 and 3560. But I'm also interested in b&w
phones with usable LCDs, e.g. 5120, 5120i, 5160, 2260, 3320, 3360 and
models from other vendors.

I'll pay reasonable prices for unsorted, untested TDMA phones. It's
really only worth my while to do it if you have at least 10-20 of the
same model to sell (largest lot I've bought in a single shot so far is
300 pcs but it all boils down to price). Don't need accessories,
batteries, chargers, packaging, or external plastics.

I realize many of these went to recyclers and got rendered down for
their metals, but really I think it's much more efficient and sensible
to reuse the bits as-is.

Any leads?

thanks.
