I would like to get a Class 4 or 6 MicroSDHC card for my phone for
cell-phone quality photography and video recording.
Recorded video is a little choppy in my Samsung Blackjack2, and I
suspect it is because of a slow processor/memory card.
Using the free SmartPhone Benchmark from http://www.s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_lite.html
I get:
My Samsung i617 Blackjack2 Main memory:
Read: 4109 KB/s
Write: 1533 KB/s
My 1GB Kingston MicroSD card (FAT16, 512bytes/secort, 16KB clusters):
Read: 2055 KB/s
Write: 664 KB/s
A new 4GB MicroSD(HC) card (FAT32, 512bytes/sector, 4KB clusters):
(probably not a Class 4 card)
Read: 2091 KB/s
Write: 248 KB/s
Same 4GB MicroSD(HC) card reformatted for FAT16, 512bytes/sector, 16KB
clusters:
Read: 2124 KB/s
Write: 612 KB/s
Could someone with a real Class 6 (or 4) MicroSDHC memory card in
their Blackjack II please post your read/write speeds?
Thanks!

I meant to say:
Same 4GB MicroSD(HC) card reformatted for *FAT32*, 512bytes/sector,
16KB clusters:
Read: 2124 KB/s
Write: 612 KB/s
(FAT16 has a max capacity of 2GB.)
