Apple announced a new series of ads being produced to help squash
Google's Android platform before it takes off. Apple sees Android as a
threat to the growth of the iPhone even though most iPhone users
dismissed the recently released G1 as "not an iPhone killer."

The iPhone killer part happens when the hackers take over Android and start
figuring out how to turn it into a mainframe on steroids....like they did
with my Linux tablet...which already runs Android, of course.

If the hackers take a shine to it....Apple is in trouble.

Run-Bunny-Run just won't be the same when the guy next to you is playing
Playstation III games on Androids PVM (Playstation Virtual Machine) with
    his Wiimote controller...in 3D.

This post might've been a lot funnier if you linked its source, so others
could get in on the joke:

Or, at the very least, quoting the funny bits:

    > The ads will attempt to scare users away from the Android-based phones.
    > "If you've watched enough science fiction, you know that androids

    > go berserk and start killing everyone. With the ubiquity of Google, I

    > Anything's possible," said Google founder Sergey Brin.

Unless, of course, Vic, you didn't realize it was a joke...
