    ATT's pissed!

Wireless communications IS the FCC's empire....whether "they" like it or
    not.

The FCC does not care about "unlimited" (and those who've killed it by
abusing it) -- what it cares about is "net neutrality".

In advertising it's unlimited. In the real world there is a double secret
trigger point where the customer reachese that limit and odd things being to
happen or more correctly not happen. In my experience this goes back to
    ATT@Home.

In "corporatethink", abuse is anyone who actually uses what they've been
    sold.

The ideal sellphone data customer is someone who gets on, looks at the
company webpages and buys something expensive, checks his email.....then
gets the hell off it for 6 hours so the company can resell the same
bandwidth to 500,000 other customers just like him that never really use
what they are paying big money for.

Anyone staying connected is an abuser.....

Anyone streaming TV, the carrier isn't selling of course, is on the same
level as Adolph Hitler, a terrible, dispicable person who should be shot.

In sellphoneworld, "unlimited" doesn't actually MEAN you can use all you
want. It's just marketing hype for "5GB/month unless we mean less".

    Use is not abuse. IMHO

Insight@Home was awesome, fast connections, truly unlimited. Then Comcast
    bought the local Insight...
