    20% without cases is the minority. 80% who have cases is the majority.
    it's simple math. certainly you can see that 80% is a lot more than
    20%.

    it's not a pervasive problem. only 0.55% of calls to applecare are
    about the antenna. many people do not have a problem, and can't
    duplicate it even if they try.

    cellular service is not guaranteed.

    of course you completely ignore the fact that it holds calls better
    than other iphones. see anandtech's review. it was the highest rated
    phone in consumer reports.

    Despite what Steve Jobs said I'll bet he will be looking at the sales
    figures. But then again maybe other smartphone manufacturers will start
    using external antennas themselves and then offer free cases too.

    completely wrong. at&t will not provide unlocking codes for iphones.
