I dumped my smartphone, I still get SMS texting of voice
transcriptions and/or email inbox of incoming calls.

    Sprint figured Google Voice out.

GV has taken the route of having VT as a learned not bought
technology. In the long run, this will serve its customers best. GV VT
is an international project and is highly complex, only time solves VT
    issues.

Anyhoo you can turn off VT and the number of other GV features are
    incredible. Free. Incredibly free.

You know full well what the point is. You can't limit your SMS messages
without a smartphone by using google voice.

Well ****ing duh. So you lose this little piece which doesn't mean a
hoot to me anyway. I have an unlimited texting plan that costs a whole
$9.99 per month and like right now, just as you are, I'm on my
computer where I have two different ways to use GV free SMS.

Verizon will merge with somebody, Google's in the game, piss on Virgin
and the other low level players. Same as Internet, how many broadband

Google-Sprint may not become Google alone but they might as well be.
Google Voice will insure their domination of Sprint; Google Voice
replaces Sprint voicemail. Google is in the ISP biz @ 1gig.

Google, AT&T, maybe no one else?

    Hell, I don't care nor do I give a flying ****. the names won't
matter, the end game is the same. Telecom domination, privacy
eradication, government intervention and economic deprivation. More
    for few, less for more.

It's not like we, Americans, don't deserve it, the EU's too, they are
just as butt lazy, ass-kissing cocksucking pricks as we are. We sat
back, elected Bush, Tony whatsthe****ers name in Britland and others
like those neocon pussy slurpers and this is what we get.
