I was at a club a couple weeks ago and someone picked up this phone (Samsung SGH-S307) and gave it to me. The I was waiting for someone to call it but it was turned off by that next morning.
So I am wondering now what I should do....it has already been a couple weeks and it is just sitting on my desk. Can I sell it? Give it back??? Any ideas?

Re: Phone--Lost/Found
This might be super obvious but, have you considered taking it to a Cingular
Store?
Being a Cingular phone, I am fairly sure they would know who the owner was.
Or is that too obvious? ;-)
If you try to sell it and it has been reported as stolen, you can be charged
with selling stolen property.
If you walk up to any store and turn it in a lost and found, no questions
will be asked.
