GSM Phone

Can someone please recommend a GSM flip phone to use on the U.S.
cingular network that supports both 850/1900 bands? I dont care about
color. Its fine if it comes with color too. I just want good battery
life and good reception above everything else. Flip phone is also a
requirement as a hate having to unlock a phone to use it.

I'd like to stay around $100 on ebay. used is fine.

Samsung x427 or the LG 4010. I've used both, I prefer the Samsung a bit
because of the color screen, slightly better reception and louder sound,
but both are good basic phones.
