Where can I get the Blackberry OS for Cingular?

I've got a new 7280 GPRS Blackberry from Cingular and you need the OS
installed in the Desktop Manager to add 3rd party applications. I can't
find the OS anywhere on Cingular's site. Customer service is clueless
about the NEW blackberries, they only understand the old Mobitex models.

Anyone know where I can get the Cingular 7280 OS?
