    But they don't.

In a Rare case, the BBB said bad things about Cingular. And some are
breaking their arm patting Cingular on the back for not being so bad.

I would say that in most cases companies are far worse than any negative
    thing the BBB says.

All Cellular carries make the money off overage charges, just like
Blockbuster is only profitable from LATE fees.

    And even Farquartz agreed with:

Well, your opinion directly contradicts my experience,
so I guess I'm done here.

Just because I don't take issue with each and every line you write
hardly means I agree with you. Are you saying all lines you snipped
and don't respond to are sentiments you agree with? I would venture
    a no.

    Plus, it is clearly Farquart

So youy have now contradicted yourself- if the BBB always sides with the
business, they would have no bad marks.

We don't care what you say or think- back it up with facts.

Which has nothing to do with this thread- stay on topic

"Resolution" can not be taken at face value where the BBB is considered.

    Anecdotal evidence is never valid.

"Resolution" can not be taken at face value where the BBB is considered.

But that is less than you have provided- does that make you less valid?

As a matter of fact, everything posted here and in the other cellular groups
by you is just a collection of anecdotal evidence- yet you are unable to
cope with someone questioning the validity of those posts. Double standard,
    Phil?

No evidence to support your claim.

You have provided no proof, further hindering your credibility.
