T616 upgrade

Has anyone had any luck getting the firmware upgrade for the SE T616 in the
Philly area? I'm looking to upgrade it without sending it away to get it
done.

Does anyone know a place in the Seattle Area that can do it. I am
getting tired of going into the store and getting that doe eyed look of
"What's a firmware?"
