This is strange. I have been with CINGULAR since 1985 and have never
had a problem with connections. They have the most towers and now
with GSM I am having no problem even in my home to connect. I am near
the Metro area of VA/DC/MD and not sure where you "vacationed" in VA -
but lordy-lordy, no connection at all? Give Sprint a call if you want
a really miserable vacation!

I could be wrong, but isn't the national quiet zone in VA
