Can someone tell me does the simcard have any effect on the phones receiving
or sending signals? I was wondering if changing to a newer simcard would
perhaps improve my reception? Okay! don't laugh too hard... It was just a
thought as I am trying to find the answer to my weeker coverage problem.
Also, for those familiar with the motv400 have you ever had the following
problem and is there a fix for this? It is happening on two brand new phones
out of the box. When I am on a call and try to go to speaker phone with the
top right key sometimes it goes and other times it just locks up the phone
and the only key that works is the end key. I can't even get touch tones at
that pointm. Granted, I can't see the screen due to a visual impairment and
perhaps I am missing something. How can I correct this and is there a
better way to go in and out of speaker phone mode? Thanks.

The only wat MIGHT be if you change the SIM card to a different carrier that
had better service in your area. Otherwise no.
