Of course they don't have another phone (V 400) so I have to drive back
there in 3 days .. I pay 150.00 for the phone and during activation it locks
    my phone up?

GEESE is this just the sign of things to come?

I just dumped T Mobile to step in this Crap?

Anyone know why this would happen?

The phone can dial out but any of the multimedia (Pictures) and web access
    is denied

I've read the V400 is having so many problems that it's already been
recalled, after being on the market just a month or two. See if you can
exchange it for a T720. No quality issues with that one. Plus, they
probably have plenty of them in stock. -Dave

Why are you lying to this man? The T720 is soooo bad it's been
    replaced with the T730.

What sort of problems does the T720 have ?

The T730 is CDMA, not GSM, and was in fact a replacement for Verizon's
T720 that was plagued with problems. The T720/721 GSM phone didn't
share the same set of problems, and there is no T730 replacement for
the GSM version. The T720 GSM, though becoming dated, is a good phone.

The only significant problems with the T720 were in the CDMA version
sold by Verizon. The GSM 720's are fine.

You are confused. The 730 isn't even GSM, and there are no problems with
the 720, it is an awesome phone. -Dave

There sure were problems when Verizon carried the T720.

The Verizon T720 is a CDMA phone, totally different internally from the
    Cingular GSM T720.
