6340 i firmware upgrade???

will this upgrade help in any way whatsoever?? it was free so i did it, so
should i expext my gait phone to work any better??

8.06.1 was released around March of last year (I had my firmware
upgraded then) and is the most recent version to my knowledge. To check
version number type in the following:
