Nokia 3595 help

I bought a nokia 3595 off of ebay and it was used with t-mobile. i have a
working data cable and oxygen phone manager 2 fully liscensed. i want to
know how i can change my wap settings. they are currently locked. how do i
get them unlocked?

T-Mobile has Nokia hard code the settings into the handset. If you
want to use any other data settings you'll have to get the handset
reflashed with generic non-T-Mobile firmware.
