    I had heard that, but I could not get it to work until I got
    Mobile phone tools. I could not get it to recognize the
    phone through device manager ar all.

    Now it works great.

    That wouldn't be the first time I couldn't get
    windows to do something.

    Who or what says you need to subscibe?
    if you call customer service, I am sure they do.

    I can't say what your issue is. It is working fine for me.
