I can't believe this -- I emailed Nokia about what to do if I
add a mis*****ed T9 dictionary entry on my Nokia 6230, and they
sent me the below, which says that you CAN NEVER REMOVE ANY ADDED
ENTRIES, even if you reset the phone to factory defaults!
What kind of a crock of a design is THAT?!?
Anyone know of any hacks to get around this?
-----
Dear Tim,
Thank you for e-mailing Nokia's Contact Center.
We regret your frustration in trying to delete words from your T9
dictionary on your Nokia 6230 phone.
Once you have added a word to the T9 dictionary, it can not be removed.
Restoring the factory settings on your phone will not do this either. We
regret any frustration as a result of this.
If you have any additional questions, please contact us. To ensure proper
handling, please continue to use the current subject line.
Thank you for choosing Nokia for your mobile needs.

I haven't had TOO many problems with Nokia... their phones are better
than lots of others I've seen, feature and usability-wise. But I was
really surprised about this.
What is this code for? What is this site you speak of?
