That's right, no license previously. Now, with the ATTWS purchase, those
stores and coverage will be known as Cingular.

Otherwise, you'll just have to get by with Centennial and Verizon on
cellular (800 MHz); Nextel on SMR; with T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular on
PCS (1900 MHz).
