Planning on a Princess cruise from Long Beach to Santa Catalina, then
on to Ensenada Mexico and return. Where can we expect GSM coverage on
that route? I assume as soon as you go below California the "home"
coverage ends. Phone is on AT&T if that matters.

You will have good coverage at international roaming rates.
