I just watned to tell everyone about a new site:
    http://www.HookUpCall.com

Hook Up Call enables you to download your own MIDI ringtones and JPG
wallpapers to your web-enabled cell phone. You do not have to purchase
expensive software or cables. And you don't have to pay your cell
phone company for each download*. Simply browse to a .mid or .jpg file
on your hard drive and send it to your phone.

Isnt this against your charter that you sometimes want to enforce, when
    this is an unmoderated group?

I have an I ignore it as charters are meaningless to unmoderated groups.
The charter is only important to your unlimited ego.

Then you must have a reading comprehension problem. Why am I not surprised.

    >an I ignore it

Then why post your complaint? Just to make yourself look childish?

    >as charters are meaningless to unmoderated groups.

    Nonsense.

    >The charter is only important to your unlimited ego.

Not even a decent insult. Run along home now, Chicken Little -- your mommy
    has your dinner ready.
