Cingular.com login error(s)

I've been recieving this error message since last night and into today:
ERROR L111: We're sorry, but we are experiencing a temporary system
error that prevents us from retrieving your account information. Please
wait a moment and try again

Has anyone else been getting this message? I am in the SBC service area
(Southern California/Nevada)

yes but i was getting it several days ago, it was "working" the next day,
and by working I mean about normal lots of bugs and broken links, also have
to log back on after about three pages. Some people report no problems with
the site but for the past year I used it and it does what I want about half
the time, I check my last bill and min s.
