I found out a month too late that Best Buy had a deal on the MPx220 in
November for $50 with subscription.
Any chance you all think there may be a similar price drop in the near
future or is that a rare thing? I'm asking 'cause $200 is too steep for my
budget at this time.

I was looking for one recently, but a letter I got yesterday helped me
change my mind. I got 2 new V551 free and 2 $20 bill credits from Cingular.
I decided with that offer, I could then afford to buy a real PDA, so I took
them up on it. Now I am just trying to decide between a mid level Axim X50
and the high level Axim X30.

Not I. I don't have Windows running on My PC and I sure as hell don't want
that POS running my phone.
Just waiting for someone to write a real nasty worm/virus (or adapt one
currently available) to the Windows Smartphone platform. Could be real
interesting....

Screw the 'price drop'...I'm still waiting for the VOLUME INCREASE!!!
Three firmware revisions later and call volume STILL SUCKS!

Re: Who's waiting for MPx220 price drop?
Not me. Borrowed one the other day. Volume was low, picture quality
stinks, mini SD card (what was Moto thinking?) and reception dropout all
over the place.
Loved the interface. Much better than the V400 I had. The ability to sync
with other windows applications was a big plus.
Got me a Nokia 6230.
