Still waiting for my Cingular replacement cell phone.

I have Cingular Authorized Dealers all around me,
at my place of work and where I live.
However, Cingular will not allow their Cingular Authorized Dealers
to exchange a defective phone at their place of business.
SPRINT replaces defective phones, on the spot, at any of their authorized
dealerships.

So switch to Sprint. That's how a free market works.

Is that a new thing? I have exchanged phones
at a Cingular store in the past.
