Being impatient, I find the Cingular VM tedious to use. If I have a
message, and I know what it's about, and don't want to listen to the whole
thing, how can I delete it in the middle of the message, and move on? I hit
the "7" key to delete, but it just ignores it, and the message just drones
on and I have to listen to it until the "lady" says press 7 to cancel. Is
there a way to speed these things up?

Re: Voice Mail Question
Voice mail controls are evidently not universal, even with Cingular. In
this region, 7 is the "rewind" command.

Press 3 3 to skip to the end of the message, and then press 7.

No kidding, in my area, 3 is the delete, and you can do it during
the playback of the message just fine.

In my region, you use 7 to play the message again / rewind during
playback, 5 to save the message, or 3 to discard it.
