I have the 600 min. nationwide plan where there are no roaming charges.

I was looking at my minutes on-line before and in the "roaming" column it
    says available/0 used/5

This makes it look like I used 5 roaming minutes with none available but
what I make of it is that even though I used 5 roaming minutes I will not
be charged for them because of the no roaming charges in the plan.

Am I correct in viewing it like this or is there another reason for listing
    the roaming minutes?

    Thank you for any replies!

If I'm not mistaken, it will still list the minutes as roaming minutes,
because you were roaming when you used them. However, since there is no
charge for roaming on your plan, roaming minutes will not be charged
(unless used in Canada). This is the way it worked with my old
    Preferred Nation plan.

The website appears to list minutes as they're used. When the billing
job is done the roamer exclusion feature is noted, and minutes are
    billed at the included rate.

So the web site tells you how you used the minutes, and the bill tells
    you what to pay.
