Cingular is my cellphone provider but I want a A630 which is only carried
by T Mobile. If I buy the T mobile phone and put my SIM card from my
Cingular phone in will it work?

Yes, provided the A630 is not locked to a T-Mobile SIM. If that is the
case, you will have to get the subsidy password from T-mobile or pay for a
third-party unlocking service.

If there is a Cingular SIM in it...wouldn't it have access to all of the
1900 that was previously ATTWS?
