I am sure that a lot of you are like me and have online access to your bill
and the information that is offered there. I am having a problem and am
wondering if others might have the same problem.
When viewing my wife's online "minutes" and clicking on details, it brings
up a list of all the calls made and received and the time period
(NW/MM/etc....). It tells the number of minutes and on incoming calls it
says "incoming" and shows the number that called her (my son's account is
the same way).
When viewing my online account, I see everything exactly the same EXCEPT I
see my number on incoming calls instead of the calling parties number.
Is anyone else experiencing this annomoly? I am currentl exchanging e-mails
with the E-Mail customer support and they are waffeling (different responder
each time) between " this is not something that we do" to "we can't on your
account".
I would like to know what others have discovered along these lines and what
you did to correct it?
Thanks

Re: Online Bill
I have noticed the same information only when the number calling me is
either a blocked number (private, *67) or it's from an "out of area" number.
Basically, if caller ID is not available for that number for one reason or
another, my own number will be displayed as the calling number. You may also
want to see if CS has stopped the caller ID on you phone. I do not know if
this would have any cause but it's a direction to look.

Re: Online Bill
Multiple e-mails to online customer service, with them denying that there
was a problem, caused it to start working mid afternoon yesterday.
I am pleased now.
