Any cell phone can be used as a modem? I need such a
feature so I can use my laptop to send a fax or browse the
    internet sometimes.

My Motorola V400 has a fax setting, but nowhere in its
    manual said anything about fax.

I'd like to fax too, but CSR says Cingular isn't fax enabled.
