Can I ask why you wouldn't buy it from Cingular? I ordered mine from a
local wireless store. I paid full price 299.99 for it. I don't use it
for any web related stuff, so I didn't use the rebate. It does contacts
and calendar for me and thats it. Most of all its a phone first, then a
pim device. I take it you don't want to pay more than $200.00 for it?

    Shez,

you are right, I can't afford to pay 300 (as I am not planning on
    subscribing to web either).

Secondly, cingular charges more for the phone.
Thirdly, they don't offer extended warranties on smart phones. I would
prefer to have one, incase mine dies after a year.
