It appears SBC's billing expertise has migrated to Cingular. SBC DSL
would not bill me at all 1 month then would bill me double the next
month. This went on for over a year. They finally were able to correct
it.
Now, Cingular bills me one amount on my paper bill and double
the amount via thier email billing system.
Thier customer service rep was not at all surprised that this was
happening to one of thier customers.
All this amid thier huge advertisements about how they have
created the worlds largest and most secure network. You have
to wonder how, if they can't even bill thier customers correctly,
that they are able to secure a network.
