    Hey All,

I just signed up for a family plan with my parents. I got a few
rebates with all the phones/accessories and the whole mass of Cingular
    Rebate Cards arrived recently.

I was just curious if anyone's tried to combine the rebate cards and
use them all at once? I've got about $140 total but the cards (I would
say about 5 of them) are split between my name and my parents name.

I don't want to have to drag my mom/dad to the store just to pick
something up. However, it would be nice to put the total rebate to
something I want (which right now is an IPOD).

The Cingular Rebate cards are for all intents and purposes, a credit card.
They are treated like a credit card when you use them. You must know the
dollar amount of each individual card, in case your purchase is not the full
amount of the card, when you use them. For instance, I just used mine to
buy some groceries and the checkout clerk needed to know the dollar amount
of the cards as she swiped them.

I would guess that you would need your parents along when you use their card
as you will be signing a receipt slip, just like a regular credit card, and
your signature must match the signature on the rebate cards.

Don't forget also they must be activated before you can use them.
