How do I change my cingular mms email address?

When I send a pic it comes from my cell phone number, which makes it
look like spam to some people. Can I change it?

I suppose sending a better pic could help the confusion quotient, but
it's difficult to avoid a certain level of cheeziness with a cell cam.
