Is anybody else having an issue with getting there bill this month? My
cut off date is the 9th and it still shows a zero balance on line. So
far, 5 calls to CS and the best answer I've gotten so far is "i don't
know, I'll have a supervisor call you back". Of course none has and
every time i call back to speak to one, they are not available.
