Check again. $39.99 is not entry level, it is unlimited. I'm not sure what
    the lesser ones are.

I got around it by telling Cingular I had multiple phones which
I used by swapping my SIM around. I told them my main phone
was a Nokia 6620 and I wanted the $19.99 unlimited plan for use
with that phone. The woman said 'im required to tell you that
we dont recommend this service if you have a pda on your account.
do you still want the 19.99 plan?' duh... yes, please.

PDA Unlimited $44.99 with a $5.00 discount if you also have a voice plan =
    $39.99

    How is the reception?

    Battery issues?
    Sync to PC issues?
Is the display bright enough in direct sunlight?
    Accessories, what is good?
Any issues connecting it as a modem to send and receive FAXs?
Any issues interfacing a laptop and connectig to the internet?
