I got a Bluetooth earpiece (Samsung) and get complaints
from people who call me that they hear their voice echoing
so badly, that I have to take them off of the earpiece and just
use the handset. I have a razr v3, is there an earbud that is more
compatible? Is it just that I got a cheap one? I have heard the same
effect from people who call me at work, and it is pretty nauseating.
I really can't afford to buy several different headsets, to try them
all out, so I was wondering if anyone had any good experiences
    to relate.
I looked on some review websites, but since I found good reviews
of the model I found crappy, I feel that they may be less truthful, or
too "moderated" i.e. edited to be much use.

I use a Motorola HS-850 with my V3 and have never heard (or
no one has reported hearing) an echo.

It is alleged that bernard farquart claimed:

No such problems with my Logitech Mobile Freedom and Treo 650 combo.

Assuming your handset clarity is OK, your headset is either crappy or
defective. My Sony Ericsson HBH-30 is crystal clear.
