Oh, they are so evil that they don't bother to gently remind the
people they bailed out when att dumped on them, that it is time to move
on before the safety net they provided is taken down. If that guy does
not want to climb out of the net, he can not blame cingular when his
arse slams into the ground. He also won't be able to plug his ears hard
enough not to hear us laughing.

Help you out? How? My 14 year-old knows how to ignore this kind of stuff
    without being told how.

Well, you've made it pretty clear that the obvious is generally lost on you-
I figured you needed domeone to point this out to you, too.

Seems my posting it to a newsgroup is beyond the bounds of you
    ignoring it however.

Unlike you, I don't feel the need to whine to the masses about seeing it and
showing an inability to deal with it.

Just for the hell of it i was going to post a few of your older post's
where you seem to have nothing else in your life to do but to *****
    about cell phones/service.

I'd say there is life other than cell phones dude, but i also see that
you have an infatuation with big time wrestling as well.

I know, must be your 14 year old using your sign on.

    Enough said.

    LOL

You know what Elmo, I've read some of your post's in the past and you
seem somewhat intelligent and articulate. I've obviously either
misjudged you or your now writing with blinders on just to try and
    take a swipe at me.

Not always higher prices. My father can change to GSM and save money.

At least they're no longer doing what the old AT&T Wireless used to do.
I would from time to time get letters in the mail from AT&T Wireless,
sporting what appeared to be an account number and stating "Your new
wireless account has been activated! Please call us at this number to
have your new phone shipped to you!"

This of course led me to believe someone was opening accounts in my
name. I called the number to say I *didn't* want any such account and
order it closed, only to get told "oh that letter means nothing!" and
then the rep launched into a hard sell song & dance about why I SHOULD
    have such an account.

I hung up the phone before he could finish.
