And it amazes me that the signal improves when you
get NEAR a 'Cingular' store. 1 mile away from MY
local 'Cingular' store, and I get NO bars at all.

They changed some tower nearby, and my signal out of my house
with a Razr V3 phone (Cingular gave me) cannot get a signal

I drive DOWN the hill, see the store, and I can call
out, till I get around the block, and it dies..

I'm talking Pleasant St from the Worc Airport,
to Tatnuck Sq (where the store is), then turn onto
Mill st, signal dies.. I'm talking a 3 block area
AROUND the store. THIS is why 1-501-862-1111 was
sending me phones to SOLVE this 'problem'.. They
ask me to detail the area I have problems, I do it.

We've been doing it now for a while. We have reached
goals where I was happy with service, it DID improve,
1-501-862-111 sent me 2 Nokia 6102is to see if they
helped. I was trying to activate these phones to
keep this co-op work going. Then..bingo... SO?

I'm calling 'Cingular' out. To EXPLAIN it to me..

After all, I'm just a consumer..who has sent a check
every month for many many years. Who IS working
with them to fix things.....I want answers.

Mind ya, I can't reach anyone till monday morning, being
the weekend, so watch for it then if U care. I have no hate
towards Cingular, was working with them to correct my problem,
then bingo. I got all weekend to be online, as my work allows it,
so please..keep replying. I want answers.. I'll get them.

OR killfile me.. I could care less..

I'd also like J Novas to comment on it, since he seems to have
some 'inner circle' about Cingular, should know the PH#s I post,
and..in his inner circle..must have heard something by now..

Call any of those ph#s anytime and mention my name.

Mind ya, anybody from Cingular has MY TWO cell #S,
and can reach me 24/7. I BEG them to call me.

Till I get my answers from the "..office of the Prez.."
or the real 'Prez' office (who KNOW me) I plan on being
the biggest pain in the arse Cingular has ever known.

...and I got proof to prove my point..

The biggest fear in the world is your foe armed with the truth.

...and willing to show it to the world...

...call my bluff, Cingular.. Please? Cause I got
the contacts who could break this out worldwide.

    ....is this mic on.??.testing..1..2..3...

Nope. Fiber optics. This isn't broadband over power. Its a system they
put in to do remote meter reading and then realized that they have
    excess capacity.

That's the official line. I think it has to do with expenses allowed by
the utilities commission. They can include capital costs necessary for
their power distribution business. Had they originally admitted that the
system could be used for non regulated income, the commission would have
told them to prorate the expenditure based on meter reading costs saved
    vs broadband income realized.

Now, if they kick a few percent of their broadband operations profit
back to the power customers, they'll get a pat on the back for saving
them money. Never mind that they slipped them the entire bill for the
    installation.
