Pure abuse rom Cingular Corp Office: 1-404-236-6000

After working with the corp office trying to fix my
reception, I was told to call THAT number, and or:

1-501-862-1111

I did.

The 'person' on the switch board refused to deal with me, connected
me to a 'security' person who called me a ".mother ****er.", that I
should pay my phone bill. THEN the 'switchboard' person swears at
me, insults my PARENTS and me, and now refuses to connect me to anyone.

I try to work with them, and just get sworn at. It has nothing
to do with my phone bill (6+yrs, perfect paid) but I was TOLD
to call these people, and the losers just play games with me.

The person at 501-862-1111 *KNOWS* why I am calling, and the 'people'
who refuse to connect me do NOT have to be so abusive.

AND..best of all, Cingular has all the RECORDS of these calls.

Come on, Navas.. explain this one.

By now, he's fed up with having to deal with life at mid afternoon
on friday, n says "..I don't care who you are, mother ****er, U should of
paid up your phone bill in the 1st place.." QUOTE ME.. I would
love to have this 'guy' call me that 2 my face. In fact, since
CINGULAR records show who was there when, I offer the coward the chance.

Cingular records will show..not that this fri nite tinhorn would learn,
a 6 year record of perfect payments..besides, this wasn't the issue anyway.

I just wanted to activate the phones, to see if they helped, so I could
(as requested) contact the "..office of the Prez.." at 1-501-862-1111
to see if things improved. I really thought, talking to that ##/Ms.C
was getting us somewhere. It is. But then..I'm called a mother ****er..

....My PARENTS are brought into a hated SEXUAL spew that if *I* spoke,
would get me disconnected..and with good cause. The woman answering
the phone at 1-404-236-6000 is whom I am talking about. QUOTE ME.

Later, talking to someone at 1-501-862-1027, who KNEW why I was
calling, listened to it all again. He had no answers, I had less
left 2 say. He asked what times I called (Cingular records will prove)
and he KNEW whom was there. Not much else to say at this point, I
don't want to ruin this guy's night. Then I called the switchboard back.

The same lady answers (hade to hid my ID) and I ask her to please listen, she
does, and I explain why I was calling, who TOLD me to call, and that I thought
her foul mouth was revolting, then I told her God Bless, have a good weekend.

She sounded calmer.. I only wish her merry..really...

But Monday, I will call 1-404-236-6000, ask to talk to the REAL LIVE
"..office of the Prez.." or the media gets it next. QUOTE me.

...ALL I want is to get back to biz... and answers why ....

Why wait till Monday?

Write to the FCC and your State Attorney General, and send a CERTFIED
copy to Cingular HQ. That tends to get their attention.

1-404-236-6000 IS the Cingular Corp office.

AND they knew who was working when.

I'm not making threats, or even asking for anything,
since talking to 1-501-862-1111, Cingular n I were
getting along well. She knows the score. I was doing
what THEY asked me to do..then, I'm a "..mother****er.."

At this point, all I want is to speak with a REAL
Corp office person, with a reason WHY I was treated such.

...in writing, at this point, since all the records match up..

It's not like they don't know WHY I was calling in the 1st place.

I've fired n hired bigger losers then these 2 people (or me <chuckle>)
but I am just amazed at whom they put in these positions. THINK..

You call 1-404-236-6000 and reach Cingular HQ. Home of the
big boyz/girlz. This person answering the phone spews sick
so bad, when I stop laughing, I am shocked she was answering
the phones. Records will show who was on the job when.

About 2PM'ish, Fri Nite. Cingular HR records will detail.

I'd guess, also, by the 4th time I called..CINGULAR was recording..

ALL she had to do was connect me to the "..office of the Prez.."
nothing else. They were WAITING for my call. My CINGULAR phone
they sent me WOULD NOT WORK, so my HOME PHONE will show ALL the
times I called 1-404-236-6000 trying to do what Cingular asked me to do.

....on MY long dist dime, I might add....

and was insulted, abused, sworn at, and instructed how my parents should
of have sex. 'Security' called me a (quote) "..mother****er..".

Maybe I'm just 2 stupid to understand, but one doesn't treat someone
who isn't a 'loss' customer (ME: $60 a month, LOW mins), n a recorded history
of efforts to correct problems <let's see, Cingular has sent me now
6 'crap' phones to test in my area. I send them back direct to
the folks at 1-501-862-1111. After a year of strife, it's the area
they are changing towers in, yadda, yadda, yadda. It also involves
how they are setting up this area to work with the new phones coming
out (red posters?) that cripple my service. Cingular n I have been
making progress here, 1-501-862-1111 bends over backwards to try..

Then I'm a "..mother****er.." It's not personal, I guess, but things
spoken about me, my mother n father, etc. Besides being shocked,
I forgive her, and the 'security' guy, cause, as I am forgiven.

Sure, the loser security guard n the phone slag don't care about
me, my problems, or dealing with what had 2 be done, @ Cingular's request.

NOW I WANT ANSWERS.. I want them told 2 me, once 2 my ear..

I really don't care if folks believe it or not, and the 'AOL' comment
was the sign of someone quite immature. Does he think I pulled all
those ph# out of a hat..? Call any one of them, mention my name.

....and I'll be calling them on Monday. I want answers to why
I was treated this way, when all I was doing is obeying the
instructions needed to activate the phones 1-501-862-1111
sent me to CONTUINE the troubleshooting THEY wanted me to do.

I want to see if the big bad "..office of the Prez.." has no clothes..

I'm calling them out. "office of the Prez" is just a second level
support line. The 'Prez's office' is in Atlanta (404 ACode) n
the '..Office of the Prez.." is 501.?. I was told I didn't DESERVE to
talk to the "..Office of the Prez.." even when I was RETURNING THEIR CALL !

The woman who answers the phone was rude, nasty, commented on the
sex acts of my parents, then me, and should be FIRED for her actions.

The 'security' guard who called me a "mother****er" should be fired
too, I plan on finding out who this person was, and if he is a
'Cingular' employee, or another company...who I would contact..

As I said, we can do this between Cingular and me, or with the media.

...but, I'm not going away.. Think I'm full of ****?, killfile me,
but the TRUTH will be reported via whatever source at my reach..

Truth is stranger then fiction, and call records n
recordings prove it to be true. Cingular bills
show all calls made, n 2 where, to what person
in what office. Thanks, Cingular, 4 making it easy.
