transfer phone numbers to new phone(ATTWS--> Cingular orange)

I am in the process of migrating from Cingular Blue to Cingular Orange. I
would like to get the phone numbers from my V551 to my new Samsung D807.
Would my "old" ATTWS SIM card work in my new Cingular phone just for the
purposes of copying my phone numbers onto the phone??

No. Use PC sync software or SyncML. See FAQ below.

I think if you go into a cingular store they will do it for you.

Yes, I believe you are correct. Cingular Wireless migration told me that
their stores have a device that will read the phone entries from an ATTWS
Sim card to a Cingular Sim card.
