Cingular Jawbone to PC

I recommended to a friend, an HP desktop from Circuit City and Jawbone
Bluetooth headset to use for her VoIP calls over the PC.

The Circuit City Firedog couldn't make them pair. Cingular took it back
without debate.

I can't find a list of Bluetooth profiles for the Jawbone. Has anyone made
the connection to a PC?

Perhaps the problem is with the HP or how it was set up?
