    Yeah right, send it away for 4-6 weeks as the manager told me from the
    Eastpointe, MI store after CS told me update my 6340i from 8.01.0.

    Yes, I know it takes quite awhile to get it back, which is just the
    reason that I have not sent mine in to be upgraded from 8.03.1. I would like
    to find a store in the Baltimore/Washington area with a technician who could
    update it locally. So far, I have not found one.

    Mine took just over a week. It was sent by the local store to the Nokia
    service center to have a repair some and was updated as well.
