    Written in hide-site I must ask- Why didn't the CSR staff know what was
    going on? All this rebooting your cell phones when it was their
    problem, not yours.
    The CSR protocol requires that you manually enter your cell phone
    number, but someone had to be full of it not to let the CSR department
    know what was going on.
