    Did anyone call up customer service and ask for compensation for the recent
    loss of coverage...i pretty much went through the whole weekend without
    serivce...let me know if its worth giving them a call. Thanks

    i asked about compensation on friday when all of this started, and was
    told by CS that i would have to wait until my next bill was printed to
    call in and request a refund.

    Really, I just spoke with a CS and was given 100 "goodwill" anytime
    minutes....its hardly comparable to the inconvenience I had, but what the
    hell - something is better then nothing. Give them a call...
