    Hi folks,

Before I get a big bill, I thought I'd better check with you folks.
I just got a new S56 from Cingular to replace my S40. I have found it
incredibly easy to get an internet connection via bluetooth and my
dial-up ISP. However, after cruising thru the various web info
available, I'm now unsure how I am going to get billed: by airtime or
    data volume.

Here's what I did to get connected:
    - configured bluetooth relationship between laptop & phone
    - called Cingular to switch on Wireless Internet Express ($6.99/month
    for 1MB of GPRS)
    - configured my iPass dialer to use the bluetooth phone
AND that's it. I can google to my hearts content, get webmail etc. My
connect speed seems to be 9600.

So, I thought: this was tooooo easy. What am I missing? Why does
everyone talk about *##***1# codes and such? AM I GOING TO GET A
    GIGANTIC BILL?

The information I has was that Cingular bills by the KB for phone WAP
access & such, but when using your phone as a dial-up modem, I am
    billed airtime.

    Grateful for any comments?

    Thx,
    Rob.
