If you give them your email address on their website, they will mail you
a special deal (they promise) after November 24.
Maybe it's so good they dont want their current subscribers
to know or be able to get it?

For everybody who doesn't post in the a.c.c.attws or a.c.c.sprintpcs
groups, this man is a troll, known to be Steven "Phillipe".
Unless he presents proof, I wouldn't believe anything he says. He seems
to like to stir up trouble, especially with Sprint PCS users.

Too bad Dakota is too lazy to spend 10 seconds looking at the cingular website.

Re: Cingular Spproach to WLNP
Talk about jumping without looking.
Did you even look at the Cingular website?
Or are you mad cause I once pointed out that SprintPCS Customer Service was
rated worst
by JD Power?
This Dakota guy obviously doesn't know what he is talking about, but trying to
start a fight.

(dead pan) ....... Duuuuuuuuuu.....................
That is called incentives!
Deals like that is part of the acquisition cost of the customer.
And NO, the current customers can't get the deals,
This is the real world.
If long distance company will give me a $100 check for
changing my LD provider over to them, that doesn't mean
I can sign up each month and get a new $100 check in
the mail each month.
It is for NEW customers only.
And I don't think any of the deals will be enough to
justify a new 2 year contract, in and of themselves.

Re: Cingular Spproach to WLNP
I also recognize this DSL GURU name from the SprintPCS newsgroups. He seems
to use several names to post items to get people angry. I always wonder why
people respond at all.
At any rate, here I am responding, I don't notice a place to enter an email
address for better deals on the Cingular site?

I was going to say................
Go to main page.
Look under "Help and information."
Click on "Bring your number to cingular."
Then look for the link to sign up for special deals
when they come out.
But I just looked at the cingular site the are currently
re arranging the site as I speak.
Here is what I currently get when I try to access any information..
..................................
We're improving our site to make it better for you.
Please try again later.
Thank you for your patience.

Re: Cingular Spproach to WLNP
Please dont tell me that SprintPCS shill apologists have followed me over here
to start fights. They're not happy just coveringup for SprintPCS, (which has
the WORST rated Customer service).

Dear Troll,
Some of us follow more than one cellular newsgroup, and most of us actually
contribute facts, not useless opinions. And the fact that we post here
should indicate to you that we do not swear allegiance to one particular
company or newsgroup, and might have much more knowledge about the indistry
in general than you could ever dream of. So, your little 'apologist' line
has just been shot to hell.
BTW- why are you trolling here, when you are a Sprint user?

enough listening to your crap in one group.
